La Torre Golf Resort is situated in the region of Murcia in south – east Spain and is only 15 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor. One of five Polaris World golf resorts in the area. It is easily accessible from both Alicante (40 minutes) and Murcia - San Javier (15 minutes) airports making the resort accessible from anywhere in the UK.

The summer months can get very hot but with mild winters and temperatures averaging around 14 degrees. La Torre Golf Resort is an excellent location for holidays all the year round with several swimming pools, an extensive Social Centre (opening in August) with bars and restaurants and of course the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course (9 holes opening in October). Murcia has 170 km of coastline with wonderful beaches at La Manga and the Mar Menor. The city of Murcia has many architectural and historical sites as well as excellent shopping facilities and the port of Cartagena is well worth a visit. The famous La Manga Club is 25 minutes away and can easily be reached by car, as can the many golf courses situated in the south of the Costa Blanca.

This townhouse at La Torre Golf Resort is situated in a primary position overlooking the 12th fairway and offers excellent views across one of several lakes on the course. Being west facing it benefits from sunshine from early in the morning, until the sun goes down on the other side of the Resort. A communal swimming pool is only a few minutes walk away and beside it are two tennis courts. Coming soon will be a supermarket and 5 * Crowne Plaza hotel, with spa facilities, situated close to the town centre.
